V-rings are widely used as follows: 

First, the application of V-ring:

The V-ring is mainly used for the special reciprocating seal of the piston rod and the piston of the hydraulic cylinder. There are two reasons for this:

1. Frictional resistance: The frictional resistance of the v-ring is also larger than that of the y-ring;

2. Performance: natural sealing performance is reliable;

3. Service life: Compared with other seals, the service life is longer (see actual situation).

Second, the working principle and working environment of the V-ring:

1. Working pressure: The maximum working pressure of the v-type seal can reach >60MPa (pressure unit).

2. Working temperature: v-type seals at room temperature operating temperature is -30 ~ +80 degrees Celsius (according to the actual situation).

Third, the working speed range of the V-ring:

NBR Rubber: The v-type seal developed by this type of material can work at speeds of 0.02-0.3M/s;

Rubber with fabric inside: V-type seals developed by this type of material can work at speeds of 0.005-0.5M/s
